Cancellation Policy

 

1. Reservation and Cancellation

1.1 Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, which is a percentage of the total charter cost. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled departure date.

1.2 Cancellation by Customer: In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the charter date: Full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation within 30 days of the charter date: No refund of the deposit.

• No-shows on the day of the charter: No refund of the total charter cost.

2. Cancellation by Salty Boat Charters

2.1 Weather Conditions: Salty Boat Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a charter due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled booking will be offered to the customer.

2.2 Mechanical Issues: If any of our boats experience mechanical issues that prevent safe operation, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. A full refund or rescheduled booking will be provided to the customer in such instances.
